For status on a pending Exchange or Return, email info@boardshortsworld.com with "Return Status for Order # ____" in the subject line.  We'll get right back to you!

Our Return Policy is Simple. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

  • Non-Sale Merchandise: your choice of Refund, Exchange or Store Credit
  • Sale Merchandise(product name has *SALE" in it or was purchased using any code with "Sale" in code name / 30% Off + ): Store Credit
  • Custom Merchandise  (product name has *CUSTOM" in it): Once placed, custom orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.-  EXCEPTION: We will allow a one-time courtesy exchange on Items from any of the new Custom Outseam programs where length was the only customization. These items have all of the words “SELECT CUSTOM INSEAM/OUTSEAM” in the style name/description on your invoice and our online catalog.  
  • Anything $19.99 or less - Non-Returnable

Exchanges are sent out to you with Free Shipping.

A return form is enclosed with every shipment. If you need a replacement form click here. For your choice of a refund or exchange, send your merchandise to us so that we receive it within:

  • 30 days of our ship date (USA + Canada addresses)
  • 75 days of our ship date (Addresses not in the USA + Canada)

Store credit is issued for returns received beyond the time frames specified above.

Any promotional discount received from the use of a coupon code that is valid on a minimum purchase amount becomes invalid if subsequent returns drop the net purchase amount below the dollar minimum required to qualify for the promo initially. Refunds are adjusted accordingly (i.e. the now invalid coupon amount is deducted from the refund).

Returns of 5 or more items on a single or multiple orders during a 30-day period will incur a 15% restocking fee. Exchanges excluded.
