For status on a pending Exchange or Return, email email@example.com with "Return Status for Order # ____" in the subject line. We'll get right back to you!
Our Return Policy is Simple. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
- Non-Sale Merchandise: your choice of Refund, Exchange or Store Credit
- Sale Merchandise: store credit
- Custom Merchandise: not returnable
Exchanges are sent out with Free Shipping.
A return form is enclosed with every shipment. If you need a replacement form click here. For your choice of a refund or exchange, send your merchandise to us so that we receive it within:
- 30 days of our ship date (USA + Canada addresses)
- 75 days of our ship date (Addresses not in the USA + Canada)
Store credit is issued for returns received beyond the time frames specified above.
Custom merchandise is not returnable.
